1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for Parcel EXP services. By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 1 day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
  • Any cancellation made after this time will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to your subscription features and tracking credits until the end of your current billing period.
  • To cancel your subscription, navigate to your Account Settings, select "Subscription", and follow the cancellation instructions.

3. Refund Policy

As Parcel EXP provides digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • No refunds are available for digital services once purchased.
  • We do not provide refunds for unused tracking credits.
  • All tracking credits expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or if you decide to downgrade your subscription.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Parcel EXP management for service outages or technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use our services.

4. Plan Changes and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time, with the following terms:

  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated charges for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Plan downgrades will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
  • When downgrading, you will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Free Trial Conversion

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You will be automatically converted to a paid subscription at the end of your trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • No refund will be provided for the first payment after a free trial period.

6. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If we change pricing, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Parcel EXP after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

7. Account After Cancellation

After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan with standard limitations. Your tracking history will be retained according to our data retention policy, but access may be limited based on free plan restrictions.
